Bootcamps usually consist of 30-60 minutes of group training that focus on high intensity movements on timed intervals. The techniques used vary from instructor to instructor.

You will be motivated by your instructor, and fellow class participants; you will be more likely to attend (because you are held accountable); the cost is significantly cheaper than personal training; You preform a mixture of different workouts.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:30am (Woman’s Toning & Cardio Burn)
Monday and Friday – 4:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday – 4:30pm
Monday – Thursday – 6:00pm
